Dialpad is a voice, video and messaging app that allows employees to work from anywhere. It integrates with Google's G suite as well as Microsoft office, allowing you to access your calendar, docs and contacts wherever you are, on whatever device is most convenient for you.
A shotgun renaming of our company (from Switch to Dialpad) required us to compress the branding process into a matter of weeks. I based the final mark on an abstraction of the lowercase letters "d" and "p" while playing with the idea of sound bars, something you frequently see on phone calls when the sound of someone's voice is visualized.
The final solution provided us with a starting point for a brand overhaul intended to target the enterprise market, a shift in our business plan that coincided with our name change.
I collaborated with the rest of the Design team to implement the logo and subsequent branding across UI, web and print collateral.
