AIGA Women Lead
AIGA Women Lead is a national initiative celebrating and fostering women’s achievements in design. The AIGA notes that “women today outnumber men in AIGA’s membership—as in design schools and disciplines—yet leadership, representation, and parity remain a challenge.” The goal of the initiative is to empower women in design and advance the discussion of issues and topics professional women face.

As part of the AIGA Women Lead Portland Chapter, we were responsible for designing and hosting several events each year. One of our events featured a “speed dating” style panel of professional women in the Portland creative industry. As a keepsake but also a note taking tool, we partnered with Scout Books to create a one of a kind notebook featuring all the panelists and the professional advice they wish someone had given them .
